CHAMPAGNE Gratiot Delugny Récoltant - Manipulant en Vallée de Marne

Special Cuvées

While the majority of grape varieties in AOC Champagne are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, there are so-called forgotten grape varieties authorized in the appellation. These 4 grape varieties are the Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and the Petit Meslier . They represent less than 0.3% of the vineyard. Petit Meslier was planted on the estate in 2008 to give its first 100% Petit Meslier bottles in 2012. Pinot Gris followed after with a plantation in 2015 and the first bottles of Rosé de Pinot Gris "Grains des Folies" have been completed in 2020

Limited edition Old Millésimés

Our special serie of Vintage Champagnes, created in tribute to the founding couples of the Maison Gratiot Delugny, Alfred and Mathilde Delugny then Emile and Louise Gratiot, highlights the specificities of their respective year of vintage. These old champagnes offer more complex aromas.
These Blanc de Blanc Champagnes are therefore an excellent way for amateurs to deepen their knowledge: assess the importance of maturation in the cellar, the knowledge of the Chef de Cave to get the best of each harvest year and the influence of climatic conditions on the vine.
